Web Designer Experience with RedDot preferred Key Responsibilities: . Design and develop responsive, modern websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to create engaging web experiences Update and maintain existing websites, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Implement and customize templates and modules within content management systems. Requirements: . 3+ years of professional experience in web design Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, responsive design, and visual storytelling Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or similar tools Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). Preferred Qualifications: . Experience with RedDot (OpenText Web Experience Management) or similar enterprise CMS platforms Knowledge of additional CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc.) Familiarity with SEO best practices and web performance optimization Basic knowledge of backend technologies (PHP, .NET) is a plus.
