Wireless Network Engineer (SC Cleared/FortiGate & ISE), £450-500 per day inside IR35

Bench IT require an experienced Wireless Network Engineer to assist with a Wireless modernisation to Wi-Fi 6E to improve performance and device density. The existing environment operates a Cisco-based wireless network consisting of Cisco Wireless controllers and Aironet access points which will be modernised to the Fortigate FortiAP solution to introduce Wi-Fi 6E solution.

Given the timescales to complete the project it is mandatory that the Wireless Network Engineer already hold active SC Clearance

*The project will be working full time on site across sites in London, Cheltenham and Liverpool - travel & accommodation expenses will be claimable for site attendance given the nature of the project*

The successful Wireless Network Engineer should have the skills and experience included below;

• Strong experience working with Wireless Networking
• Proven experience deploying Fortigate Wi-Fi 6E solution
• Strong knowledge of Cisco ISE
• Previous experience conducting a Post Deployment Wi-Fi survey to confirm the Wi-Fi coverage meets the requirement
• Experience of Centralised configuration, monitoring, and AP life cycle management through existing Forti Manager
• Deployment of Wireless access points according to Wi-Fi desktop survey
• Knowledge of SDA networking
