Role: Workday ConsultantBill Rate: $82/hour C2CLocation: Dallas,TXDuration: 12+ months/ long-term Interview Criteria: Telephonic + ZoomDirect Client Requirement Workday Consultant / AI Platform ArchitectSpearhead strategic design and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the Workday ecosystemDesign and maintain a strategic roadmap for AI adoption within the Workday ecosystemEnsure AI initiatives align with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and stakeholder expectationsCollaborate with Workday product team and stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT to identify AI integration opportunities815 years of experience in Workday consultingPartner with Workday teams to explore and evaluate AI capabilities and integration opportunitiesIdentify use cases where AI can enhance Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, and Talent ManagementWork with Customer IT Director to fine-tune AI use case implementationCollaborate with Customer Business Directors to derive AI implementation use cases for their respective areas within WorkdayDeveloped AI implementation and adoption roadmaps for at least two global customersLed at least two large, full life cycle Workday implementationsExperience with Workday IlluminateBachelors degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field46 years of consulting experience, ideally with a large consulting firmLeading technical discussions with customersPrepare and deliver presentations using PowerPointProvide project reporting and updates to stakeholdersDemonstrate fluent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenExhibit strong team leadership and collaboration skills Note: If you are interested, please share your updated resume and suggest the best number & time to connect with you.
