Workday Finacials Consultant

Senior Workday Financials Consultant | Up to £1,000 per day | Inside IR35 | Fully Remote | Immediate Start | Full-Time | Initial 3 months (extension likely)

I'm working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front.

This is not a passive delivery role, you'll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily.

What you'll be doing

• Leading Workday Financials design workshops
• Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams
• Driving solution design & configuration decisions
• Challenging stakeholders and adding real consulting value
• Bringing best practice from multiple implementations

What I need

• Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical)
• 3+ full life cycle implementations
• Proven ability to operate at senior/advisory level
• Confident running workshops and owning the room
• Someone who can challenge, not just deliver

Nice to have

• Prism Analytics/Accounting Center
• FS/Insurance experience
• Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
• Workday certifications (current or lapsed)
