We are seeking a Workday Finance Consultant with experience in Prism Analytics to support the delivery of reporting and data solutions within a Workday Finance environment.

This is a functionally-led role, focused on working closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate business needs into effective Workday configurations and reporting outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to gather and define functional requirements
• Translate business needs into Workday Finance and reporting solutions
• Support the design of Prism datasets and analytics outputs
• Work across finance processes, reporting and data models
• Support testing, validation and delivery across the implementation life cycle

Key experience required

• Strong Workday Finance functional consulting experience
• Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics (datasets, reporting, transformations)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Experience working on end-to-end Workday implementations
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
