Workday Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid)

Rate: £435 p/d (PAYE via Umbrella)

Clearance: BPSS + UK Passport required

Role Overview:
Seeking a Workday Specialist to support the delivery of Workday implementations, working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across the full life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations
• Define project scope, timelines, and delivery plans
• Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
• Ensure delivery is on time and to a high standard

Key Skills:

• Strong Workday configuration and implementation experience
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
