About the Role We are seeking a skilled and proactive Tech Operations Associate to join our team. This role focuses on identity and access management (IAM), user and system administration, and operational efficiency within our IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Okta, Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and SharePoint, with additional experience managing infrastructure using Terraform. This role will also involve optimizing IT processes and security configurations to enhance system reliability and organizational productivity. Key Responsibilities Identity & Access Management (IAM) and User Administration: ● Administer, configure, and optimize IAM solutions to ensure secure authentication and authorization. ● Manage user provisioning, access control, and security policies across Okta, Microsoft 365 and related platforms. ● Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls (RBAC). ● Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents and compliance requirements. Systems Administration: ● Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. ● Work with Okta, including Authentication Policies, Role Based Access and Workflows. ● Manage and enhance SharePoint site structures, permissions, and integrations to support business collaboration. ● Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and troubleshoot user issues related to access and configuration. ● Develop and implement best practices for document management and data governance in Microsoft 365. Infrastructure as Code & Tech Operations: ● Utilize Terraform to manage infrastructure configurations and automate provisioning in cloud environments. ● Maintain and improve identity and infrastructure automation workflows using Terraform and scripting languages. ● Monitor system performance, security, and availability, ensuring proactive maintenance and troubleshooting. ● Support operational incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures. ● Assist with asset management, system upgrades, and patch management across IT platforms.
