Role: Collections Specialist- Contract

Location: Bothell, WA

Pay Rate: $25-32/hour

This is an on-site contract role located in Seattle, WA

Our Eastside-based client is looking for a Collections Specialist. Candidate must have experience with collections, customer service, and AR. The Collections Specialist role consists of converting assigned accounts to Autopay, collected on past-due payments, and communicating with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

Convert assigned accounts to Autopay and collect unpaid accounts in your portfolio.
Build positive relationships with your assigned customers in your portfolio.
Ensure all accounts are contacted timely, making at least 50 contacts daily.
Contact assigned accounts with terms or no credit card and convert the account to Autopay.
Update payment information and contact information while converting accounts to AutoPay credit card or ACH via the customer portal.
Document and escalate customers with disputes.
Update and maintain assigned customer accounts, ensuring proper billing, and contact information.
Other collections projects assigned by the credit manager.
