For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for a Project Manager focusing on office transformation and workplace optimization.

As the Project Manager, you will support the team in delivering the "Office of the Future" initiative, aimed at enhancing the office experience and optimizing workspace capacity.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Leading the pilot and evaluation of a new desk reservation tool;
* Coordinating workspace optimizations, including floor plan alignment and temporary relocations;
* Managing internal communications and stakeholder updates;
* Budgeting and reporting on office optimizations;
* Collaborating with external partners to develop an Office Concept Book;
* Providing regular progress updates and decision documents to senior leadership.

Profile:
* Background within project management or similar;
* 7+ years of work experience in an international office environment;
* Proven experience managing office facilities or workplace transformation projects;
* Experience with internal office moves in large office buildings is a plus;
* Proficient in MS Office applications;
* Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Project:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (with possible extension)
Hours per week: 36-40
Salary indication/Hourly rate: €5.000 - €6.000 gross per month (based on experience)
