Junior HRIS Expert

For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for a Junior HRIS Specialist focusing on document management and HR system optimization.

As the Junior HRIS Specialist, you will support the team in maintaining and improving the HR document management system across multiple countries. You will also assist in the rollout of the solution to new markets and contribute to broader HRIS projects.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Configuring and maintaining templates for contracts and HR letters
* Supporting HR colleagues with training and system usage
* Monitoring incidents and changes via ServiceNow
* Assisting in testing, documentation, and system configuration

Profile:
* Background within HRIS, HR Administration, or a similar role
* 1-2 years of work experience within an international HR or IT environment
* Experience with MS Office (e.g., form letters, merge fields)
* Experience with HR cloud systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, UKG, PeopleDoc is a plus)
* Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus

Project:
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)
Hours per week: 32-40
Salary indication/Hourly rate: (based on experience)
