About the Role

A major retailer based in North Holland is looking for a Senior People Development Specialist to join their Talent Team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing and delivering impactful development programs, including junior and senior leadership traineeships. You will help shape the future of leadership by driving initiatives that support the growth of people and the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage development projects independently from start to finish
Design, implement, and continuously improve learning and development programs
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and engagement
Communicate clearly and effectively to keep all parties informed and inspired
Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on results and impact

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a senior Learning & Development professional
Demonstrated ability to independently manage impactful development projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A results-driven mindset with a passion for developing people
Flexible, resilient, and proactive attitude - you get things done
Experience in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus
