Job Description:

We’re seeking a seasoned Recruiter to support a high volume of openings across various functions. The ideal candidate brings experience in both agency and/or corporate recruiting and thrives in fast-moving, ever-changing environments. This role will partner directly with hiring managers, delivering top talent quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage 20+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple departments
Partner with hiring leaders to define role needs and provide strategic recruiting support
Source and engage candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
Facilitate a smooth and professional candidate experience from screening to offer
Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ICIMS preferred)
Drive process improvements and uphold best practices in recruiting
Adapt quickly to organizational changes and shifting priorities

Qualifications:

4–7+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
Bachelor's degree required
Background in logistics, supply chain, staffing, or manufacturing
Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Results-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency

Additional Details:

ICIMS experience strongly preferred
Experience with global or international hiring is a plus
Bilingual or multilingual skills (especially Spanish) a bonus
Familiarity with recruitment marketing and metrics/reporting tools is helpful
