Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled Recruiter for a 3-month contract to lead full-cycle hiring efforts. This is a key opportunity to support a growing team by managing all aspects of the recruitment process for both hourly and salaried roles. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and confident in managing hiring independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruiting for roles across various departments and levels
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and define job requirements
Actively source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
Schedule and coordinate interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate recruiting reports as needed
Provide guidance to stakeholders on best hiring practices and market trends
Uphold compliance standards and support internal talent initiatives

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a recruiting role, including hourly and salaried positions
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting in manufacturing or high-volume environments is a plus
HR or recruiting certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) are a plus

Additional Details:

Type: Contract (3 months)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Work Arrangement: Onsite; potential for 1 hybrid day based on performance
Location: Fort Worth, TX – onsite parking available
Reports To: HR Director
Interview Process: 1 virtual interview
Background check and drug screen required
