Network Security Engineer (SC) - System Integrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our clients team, working on projects for a prestigious multinational client. The successful candidate will have significant experience in Palo Alto Firewall Migration and Palo Alto Firewalling within a Microsoft Azure environment. The ideal candidate will be SC Clearable, with SC Clearance being highly preferred.

Contract Details:

Location: Solihull - Hybrid
Day Rate: £350 - £380 per day
Duration: 3 months (Scope for extension)

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and manage Palo Alto Firewall Migration projects.
Design, implement, and manage Palo Alto Firewall solutions in a Microsoft Azure environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to maintain high levels of network performance and security.
Document network configurations, changes, and processes to ensure comprehensive network management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve network infrastructure.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Palo Alto Firewall Migration.
Extensive experience with Palo Alto Firewalling in a Microsoft Azure environment.
SC Clearance is massively preferred; however, candidates who are SC Clearable will also be considered.
Strong background in Routing and Switching (R&S).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
