Position #1: Temp Shop Office Admin

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Employment Type: Contract (2 months)
Work Environment: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Heavy data entry using Excel
Verifying and coding time/project information
Supporting multiple job sites with administrative tasks
Performing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative/data entry experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Highly detail-oriented and reliable

Position #2: Temp Order Processor

Location: Fort Worth, TX
Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Employment Type: Contract (2 months)
Work Environment: Onsite

Responsibilities:

Create 300–400 job transactions per day in ERP system/Excel based on sales data
Data entry into Excel, document handling
General administrative support for ERP implementation

Qualifications:

2+ years of data entry or order processing experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
