Job Title: Japanese speaking Admin Assistant

Duration: 12 months, extensions likely

Location: London/Hybrid (two to three days per week in the office requirement)

Salary: 200.00 per day PAYE

We are seeking a highly motivated Japanese Speaking Admin Assistant to join our Business Planning Group! If you possess a keen interest in corporate and investment banking, have strong organisational skills, and can communicate in both English and Japanese, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As an integral member of the Business Planning Group, you will support the Front Offices of the Bank in promoting our Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Head of Business Planning Group and team members in executing business promotion initiatives across the EMEA region.
Creating and reviewing English and Japanese reports and submitting them to senior management on time.
Supporting regular reporting processes to senior management and coordinating key meetings and forums.
Collaborating effectively with stakeholders across various teams and departments.

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

A basic understanding of CIB businesses and a genuine interest in the financial industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Japanese.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
Confident interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude towards change.
