Role: Trade Finance - Working Capital Business Development

Location: London Liverpool Street, 4 days per week on site required

Duration: Until November 20th, 2025

Rate: Paid via umbrella

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to join a leading Trade & Working Capital Solutions team based in London. This role focuses on the origination and execution of structured trade finance transactions across diversified industries in the EMEA region. You'll play a key role in supporting the growth and development of the franchise by contributing to high-profile deals and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Support senior team members in originating and executing trade finance transactions across EMEA.
Lead preparation of marketing materials, transaction documentation, and financial modelling.
Manage end-to-end deal processes including client interaction, structuring, negotiation, and execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Credit, Loan Capital Markets, and Operations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, advisors, and key industry stakeholders.
Support the team's sustainability strategy and assist in the development of innovative trade solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Practical experience in trade finance, banking, or structured lending within EMEA markets.
Strong numerical, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and geographies.
Familiarity with cross-border lending, trade products, and associated documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable:

Experience in sustainability-linked finance or ESG-related initiatives.
Exposure to team or project management responsibilities.
Knowledge of risk distribution and capital markets.
