• Must have 1+ years' experience in helpdesk support.
• Experience working on a helpdesk team.
• Provide help desk support and shall receive, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve all incidents across multiple Enterprise Services and application teams.
• Responsible for ensuring the timely process through which problems are controlled. Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps.
• Requires experience and understanding of MIS environment.
• Able to resolve less complex problems immediately, while more complex problems are assigned to second level support or supervisor.
• Typically involves use of problem management database and help desk system.
• Provide the status of open issue tickets as requested by customers.
• Verify with the customer that the resolution was effective prior to closing the ticket.
• May provide guidance/training for less experienced personnel. Certification:
