About Our Client:

Addison Group is recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable professional services firm based in Princeton. They are seeking a dependable and professional Corporate Receptionist to join their onsite team.

Job Description:

This fully onsite, 6-month contract position offers the opportunity to work with a large consulting firm. The Corporate Receptionist will manage front desk operations and provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure a smooth and professional office environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle deliveries efficiently
Coordinate scheduling and prepare conference and meeting rooms
Set up and break down meetings and office events as required
Accurately distribute mail and packages throughout the office
Log and track building maintenance requests for timely resolution
Support office events and service initiatives
Confidently use office technology and assist with basic IT troubleshooting
Maintain inventory for office, printer, kitchen, and meeting room supplies
Perform light kitchen duties such as loading/unloading dishwashers and cleaning shared spaces
Reset and stock team rooms, phone rooms, and conference areas

Qualifications:

High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of administrative or receptionist experience, preferably in a professional services environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of SAP and Concur is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor with sound judgment and discretion
Detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude and a good sense of humor

Additional Details:

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Fully onsite role based in Princeton, NJ
6-month contract opportunity
