Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Program Operations supporting the Vehicle Program Management (VPM) team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $60-$64 per hour

What's the Job?

Own the planning, setup, and facilitation of recurring and ad-hoc VPM meetings, including vehicle program meetings and milestone checkpoints.
Draft agendas, send calendar invites, and coordinate meeting logistics while proactively gathering necessary pre-read materials.
Perform ticket hygiene checks across Jira/Confluence to ensure data and content meet expectations ahead of meetings.
Capture and circulate meeting notes, action items, decisions, and unresolved issues.
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or blockers in current operational processes and help develop lightweight solutions to address them.

What's Needed?

3+ years of relevant experience in technical program coordination, operations, or project support, ideally within the automotive or hardware industry.
Proven experience managing complex meeting logistics and driving follow-through in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
Detail-oriented with a strong bias for action and ownership.
