Description

Conduct property surveys to assess condition, compliance, and maintenance needs.
Identify defects, damp, mould, fire safety risks, and HHSRS hazards.
Update asset databases and provide reports for maintenance planning.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire safety, and asbestos rules.
Advise on budgets for repairs and long-term asset management.
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and local authorities to coordinate works.

They play a key role in maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient housing stock.

Profile

Experience in undertaking stock condition and energy surveys.
Good working knowledge of HHSRS.
An organised and methodical approach to your work.
An articulate communicator.
An enthusiastic manner.
A 'self-starter', reliable and can be trusted to deliver to targets.
