Full Stack Engineer

Job Title: Software/DevOps Engineer (Contract)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Hourly Rate: $50 - $55 / hour

Duration: 4–5 months (Part-time, ~20 hours/week)

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable applications and third-party system integrations (API-driven)
Build and support CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment
Create and manage AWS Lambda-based serverless solutions
Interact directly with PostgreSQL databases for modeling, queries, and performance tuning
Write clean, maintainable backend code and automation scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Contribute to system architecture decisions and project planning

Required Skills:

3+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or DevOps
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), and SQL
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases
Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly AWS (Lambda, S3, EC2, Cloudwatch, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.)
Exposure to frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, React, Django, or similar
Strong understanding of API development and integration
Comfortable working independently in an agile, high-velocity environment
