HR-Process expert

For one of our clients active within the retail sector, we are currently looking for a Process Expert focusing on HR process optimization.

As the Process Expert you will support the team in designing, standardizing, and continuously improving end-to-end HR processes across multiple countries and departments.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Creating and maintaining high-quality process documentation
* Identifying inefficiencies and key risks within HR processes
* Supporting the implementation of process governance structures
* Acting as the main point of contact for process and system owners across HR teams

Profile:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Expert in an international environment, with a strong focus on HR processes
* Background or experience in Finance, Risk Management, Internal Control, or Internal Audit
* Experience reviewing and assessing process performance; leadership experience is a plus
* Bachelor's degree (HBO+) or higher, preferably with a Lean Six Sigma certification
* Strong analytical skills, pragmatic mindset, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience with tools such as Visio, Excel, PowerPoint; Signavio is a pre
* Experience in the retail sector is an advantage
* Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus

Project:
Start: 1st September
Duration: 4 months (with possible extension)
Hours per week: 32
Salary indication: (based on experience)
