Job Title: Marketing Manager

Type: Contract

Location: Cranbury, NJ - Hybrid (3 days onsite)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $34 - $37 / Hourly

Addison Group is working with our client, a healthcare-focused organization, to find a Marketing Manager for a 5+ month contract role. This position offers a hybrid schedule and the opportunity to work on projects that impact healthcare professionals and patient outcomes.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for a strategic marketing professional with 6+ years of experience in digital marketing and a strong ability to manage multiple high-visibility campaigns. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive engagement and attendance for live and virtual events, along with promoting digital content and resources. This is a hands-on role focused on managing projects – not people.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote events and digital resources
Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, design, project management, IT, and events teams
Monitor campaign performance and present regular updates to internal stakeholders
Develop and manage attendee recruitment strategies for conferences and webinars
Draft engaging marketing copy and ensure alignment with brand messaging
Oversee creative briefings and asset approvals for promotional materials
Track registration trends and campaign metrics, providing weekly performance reports
Manage digital marketing efforts in collaboration with activation teams
Maintain website content and ensure marketing assets are up-to-date
Support internal teams to achieve marketing goals and KPIs

Ideal Candidate Has:

6+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for those who’ve worked in healthcare, pharma, medical education, or scientific/association settings
Familiarity with audience growth strategies and digital platforms such as LinkedIn and YouTube
Proficiency with HubSpot (strong plus), CRMs, Microsoft Office, and Canva
Outstanding communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred

Contract Duration: 5+ months with potential to extend
Work Environment: Hybrid (3 days onsite), free parking provided
