IT Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the day-to-day operations of IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud services, and end-user support.
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
Maintain vendor relationships and manage the purchase of hardware and software products.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master s preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, ITIL) are a plus.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
