Responsibilities: Perform flight line weapons systems maintenance, functional testing, and inspections to support ongoing flight schedules.
Maintain, repair, and upgrade weapons systems and associated components by removing and replacing faulty parts.
Conduct complex troubleshooting and diagnostic tests using appropriate test equipment.
Perform routine and non-routine inspections per maintenance documentation standards.
Document all maintenance and inspection activities to meet regulatory and contractual requirements.
Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and assist with issue resolution.
May support tasks requiring travel to other work sites. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED; vocational school or associate degree plus 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Interim Secret Clearance required.
Minimum 4 years of aviation maintenance experience.
Experience with M240 weapon systems maintenance.
U.S. Citizenship required by federal law.
Preferred Qualifications: Military background with aviation maintenance specialization.
