Are you ready to use your data science expertise to shape the future of global business operations? Join a dynamic Data & Analytics team working across 20+ countries to develop intelligent solutions that optimize delivery offerings and drive strategic decision-making.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams-spanning Technology, Product, and Design to build data-driven products that support performance management and long-term growth.

What you'll do:

Design and implement advanced models to simulate, optimize, and evaluate business scenarios.
Answer high-impact questions like:
- What will the customer experience of tomorrow look like?
- How should we price our services to balance growth and profitability?
- How can we best allocate budgets to maximize operational efficiency?

What you bring:

Strong command of Python, machine learning, and data manipulation (SQL, pandas).
Solid foundation in statistical analysis and probability theory.
Experience with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib).
A strategic mindset with a passion for solving complex business problems.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for storytelling with data.
