Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues to ensure high availability
Provide hands-on support across routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud infrastructure
Lead technical troubleshooting calls and coordinate resolution efforts
Quickly understand the end-to-end network and application architecture
Work within an ITIL-aligned service management environment

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Networking
CCNP certified with strong L3 expertise; CCIE (R&S or DC) highly preferred
Expert-level knowledge of Cisco and Fortinet routing and switching
Strong experience in network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS)
Familiarity with Load Balancers (F5) and DNS/DHCP services
Knowledge of HPOV NNMi and Catalyst Center Infrastructure
Skilled in troubleshooting complex application and architecture issues
Excellent communication skills, especially in high-pressure scenarios
ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

Technically mature, with a solid understanding of all key network domains, including routing, switching, wireless, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN, and cloud
Capable of quickly learning and adapting to global network architectures and services
Confident in leading technical discussions and incident resolution across global teams
Holds relevant certifications and demonstrates a commitment to ongoing development
