About Our Client

A central government body

Job Description

Oversee all financial operations within the organisations and its subsidiaries.
Develop and implement financial strategies, in line with company goals.
Prepare detailed reports on the company's financial performance.
Coordinate budgeting and business planning processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Supervise the Accounting & Finance department staff.
Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues.
Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems.

The Successful Applicant

Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
Experienced as a Finance Director in a central government organisation
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
In depth knowlege of pricing and costing models
Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to colleagues without a financial background.
