Global Process Owner QMS

Are you ready to lead a global transformation in Quality Management Systems? Join a leading international pharmaceutical project as we implement a next-generation SaaS-based eQMS platform.

What You'll Do:

Lead the harmonization and simplification of global QMS processes (Phase 0).
Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Quality stakeholders.
Act as the functional owner of QMS processes during eQMS implementation.
Define User Requirements Specifications (URS) and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, EMA, ISO).
Collaborate with IT, validation, and training teams to ensure successful rollout.
Drive change management and user adoption strategies.

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
Proven experience as a Global Process Owner in QMS.
Strong knowledge of QMS processes (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, etc.).
Hands-on experience with SaaS-based eQMS platforms (TrackWise Digital preferred).
Deep understanding of GxP and international regulatory standards.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with adaptability and resilience.

Additional Requirement:
Must be available to travel as needed.
Candidate must be based in Barcelona.
