Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is 100% onsite and will serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, building management, and vendors to ensure a well-maintained, efficient, and welcoming office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workplace services including office cleanliness, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
- Serve as the liaison between internal leadership and building management for maintenance and facilities needs
- Provide support for internal and client meetings, including organizing catering and conference room logistics
- Maintain and improve facility-related procedures for optimal efficiency and documentation
- Assist in space planning and workstation support in collaboration with remote team members
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities to enhance the overall office experience
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in office coordination, facilities, or workplace operations
- Prior experience in a mid-sized corporate or professional services environment (50+ employees) preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and manage up
- Experience supporting high-level internal stakeholders or leadership teams
- Ability to stay organized, self-manage, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience from fast-paced environments like retail management will also be considered
