Job Title: ServiceNow HR Analyst/Developer
Location: Merrimack, NH – Hybrid (5 days onsite every other week)
Salary Range: $70/hour W2 (flexible)
Employment Type: W2 Contract | Duration: 9 months | 40 hours/week
Introduction
We’re looking for a ServiceNow HR Analyst/Developer to support an enterprise-level HR/Payroll Platform team. In this hands-on role, you'll drive ServiceNow HR Service Delivery enhancements, working across stakeholders to configure solutions that improve internal systems and employee services. This opportunity is ideal for someone with both technical and analytical experience looking to make an impact in a dynamic, Agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of ServiceNow configuration experience OR 2+ years of ServiceNow development
- 2+ years of JavaScript experience within the ServiceNow platform
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and defect management
- Experience with test planning and execution
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or HR Case Management modules
- Background working with confidential employee data or HR systems
- Familiarity with automated testing or test script creation in ServiceNow
- Python scripting experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and configure ServiceNow HR case management and service delivery functionality
- Implement enhancements and fixes through the full SDLC
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize change requests
- Execute manual and automated test plans
- Maintain HR knowledge base and system documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning sessions
- Research new ServiceNow features and recommend implementation paths
- Ensure security and accuracy of sensitive HR data
