1.RF Engineer (Onsite) Job Responsibilities 1. Improve and optimize network experience, including OSS and drive test KPI 2. Responsible for the wireless network optimization project delivery, rollout site verification and output report: - GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network planning (site design, audit, simulation, link budget, cell planning, parameter design, site survey, model tuning, etc) - GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network optimization (Drive test, site RF tuning and performance & parameter optimization, site delivery, trouble shooting, etc)- Optimizes new and existing network elements, links budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, initial system design and dimensioning, site identification and evaluation and zones analysis. - Customer technical communication and internal organization, project management and be able to independently communicate with customers about network performance and handle VIP issues Qualification and Requirements 1. Have understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE radio network knowledge, be able to comprehensively improve network performance, including network rate, accessibility, and retainability 2. English to be used as the working language, 3. willingness for overtime work and cross-country business trips 4. At least 3 years of project delivery experience in the mobile network domain (e.g. FTTX, GSM, UMTS or CDMA Project)
