An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Southampton based client, a market leading organisation, as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

The FP&A Manager plays a central role in supporting strategic and operational decision-making by delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

What will the FP&A Manager role involve?

Key to identifying risks, uncovering commercial opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders
Success is defined by the clarity and accuracy of financial outputs, the ability to drive informed decisions, and the continuous enhancement of forecasting and reporting processes
Operating as a key business partner, the FP&A Manager connects finance with operations to support the organisations commercial ambitions and growth strategy

Suitable candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:

Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a pedigree in FP&A, commercial finance and business partnering
Excellent Excel skills, forecasting, budgeting, performance metrics, and scenario planning
A strong communicator with excellent influencing and business partnering skills at a senior management and executive level
