OTE Overview

Lookers Birmingham HUB

Contract Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: OTE £50,000 per annum, with a basic of £25,000

Hours: 44 hours per week between Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00, Saturday 09:00 - 18:00 & Sunday 10:00 - 16:00 (One day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)

Lookers Birmingham HUB is recruiting an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our friendly and dedicated team on site. Specialising in used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to deliver first-class customer service.

As a key member of our sales team, you should be a team player with excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with colleagues and customers. Our Sales Executives are the primary contacts, paying close attention to detail to understand all customer needs and preferences.

Responsibilities

Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person
Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
Negotiating the final price for the sale
Completing relevant paperwork for each sale
Liaising with various departments within the dealership to ensure excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and passionate about their work. You will be expected to meet targets, so ambition and a diligent work ethic are essential.

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor trade is required. You must hold a full UK driving license, as you may be required to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market. Please note, due to a high volume of applications, only candidates with 6+ years of experience in a similar role will be considered.
