Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Temp)

Location: Warrington, UK - Office based

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary 3 Months (via agency)

These include end uses such as matting agents in surface coatings, clarifying agents for edible oils and beverages, additives to paints and coatings for thermal insulation, and sensory particles in personal care products to improve feel attributes.

About the role:

The main purpose of this role is to provide support across accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities include:

Process supplier invoices through the Basware and SAP systems in a timely manner.
Process any manual invoices in line with company policies and procedures.
Handle invoicing or payment queries by communicating with relevant suppliers.
Set up new suppliers and update existing supplier details.
Prepare monthly reconciliations of supplier statements.
Assist with the month-end and year-end processes.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience and possess the following skills:

Good written and oral communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.

Additional Information:

This is an office-based position. The role reports to the Financial Controller.
