Salesforce Project Manager

At Huxley, we are looking for Salesforce Project to lead and coordinate a migration project from SAP CRM for a client based in Barcelona, but the project is mainly focused on the German business.

Task and responsibilities

Lead the CRM migration project, overseeing both technical and functional aspects to ensure successful delivery.
Manage the configuration of technical flows, ensuring alignment with implementation milestones and best practices.
Participate in cutover planning workshops, contributing to the definition and execution of transition strategies.
Monitor and supervise the implementation progress, coordinating closely with third-party providers to ensure quality and timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, gathering requirements, managing expectations, and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience required

Around 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in CRM projects.
Experience in end-to-end delivery in migrations and implementations , preferably between SAP CRM and Salesforce.
Technical experience in Salesforce.
Experience managing vendor relationships.
Experience with Sales and Service Data Models.
Experience with Cloud Systems.
Knowledge and experience working with Agile methodology.
Fluent English.

Collaboration details

Project based in Barcelona, ideally hybrid model. Possibility to 100% remote from Spain.
Availability to occasional travel.
Duration: 6 months + extension.
Freelance collaboration.
Start date: September 1^st.
