Customer Master Data - Solution Manager

📍 Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

We're hiring a Solution Manager to lead the development and integration of Customer Master Data solutions within a global transformation program. This role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality data management across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into technical solutions using tools like Jira and Reltio.
Collaborate with architects, analysts, and delivery teams to design, test, and implement data workflows.
Drive continuous improvement in data processes and integration strategies.
Lead testing phases: SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

What We're Looking For

5-10+ years in Data Management or Integration roles.
Strong experience with Reltio MDM, Kafka, and integration with platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, and Snowflake.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, API testing (Postman/Swagger), and ETL tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
