Title: Contract Administrator - A

Location: Lake Forest, IL

Duration: 12 Month

100% Onsite

Contract Compliance and Pricing Analyst, part of the Core Diagnostics US Pricing organization (21 members supporting the US Commercial group, a billion-dollar sales channel comprised of East, West, Central, and Distribution regions).

Responsibilities:

Organize and track all customer contracts.
Assess customer purchases against contracted commitments.
Recommend actions to senior leadership.
Field adhoc requests such as quarterly price increases, contract assessments, and sales analytics.
Collaborate with Strategic Pricing Managers, Contract Management Representatives, and Commercial leaders to review and monitor customer contracts for adherence to contracted pricing terms, discounts, rebates, and service level agreements.
Maintain and enhance the Contract Compliance and Price Increase Tracker (large data set with all customer data and contracted terms).
Assist with quarterly price increase process and present findings to region Strategic Pricing Managers.
Run pricing analytics for customer spend at various pricing tiers and against current pricing.
Recommend and implement improvements to enhance speed and accuracy related to Contract Compliance and quarterly Price Increase process.
Work with Commercial teams to provide sales data for business reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in an analytical role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (PowerBI and Model N are a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
