Job Title: BilingualCustomer Service Representative

Location: Lewisville, TX

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Onsite

Type of Employment: 6-Month Contract (Potential to extend)

Compensation: $20 – $22 / hour

Industry: Customer Service / Financial Services

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our client in the Lewisville area. This is a great opportunity for individuals with strong phone communication skills and a desire to take on growing responsibilities within a fast-paced office setting.

This role will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound customer calls, assisting with account inquiries, processing payments, and handling title-related documentation. A professional demeanor, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of incoming calls and assist customers with account-related inquiries.
Provide detailed documentation such as payoff quotes, final invoices, and title release packets.
Assist with lien releases and ensure accurate information is provided to customers and internal teams.
Guide customers through online processes such as account registration.
Update and maintain internal logs and reports as needed.
Help with toll violation tracking for lease customers.
Collaborate with internal departments to support administrative processes.
Occasionally assist with front desk coverage and additional administrative support tasks.

Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls (50+ daily).
