Title: Sr. Project Manager - (Enterprise Investment Banking) Non-IT Location: Charlotte, NC or Newark, DE (5 days on-site) Duration: 10+ month contract Rate: $65-71/hr. W2 Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holder, or authorized to work in the U.S. Project Manager for a high-profile profile large-scale, business-facing program focused on a record-keeping program for custody. Experience in wealth and private banking, however, strong PM skills, and experience leading large programs in financial services. Self-starter, initiative driver, time sensitive, resourceful with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) is responsible for the management of major programs across the bank. Within the EPMO, the Senior Project Manager position is responsible for the implementation and successful delivery of the program workstream in support of a broader parent company-led program supporting Private Banking & Wealth Management/US Wealth Management business units. This includes leading project teams across multiple functions and/or divisions that are each responsible for elements therein. This includes architecting project structures, plans to enable the fulfillment of an articulated business strategy, and managing large program budgets in partnership with the overall program team. The Senior Program Manager will need to be able to quickly assess the health of the workstreams under their remit and make recommendations to improve delivery capability. They will manage end-to-end complex and cross-line-of-business impacting change sub-workstreams in alignment with the Enterprise Change Management Framework and program management methodology. This includes program delivery phases for execution and transition to BAU. They will challenge/review program status in partnership with business and technology stakeholders to ensure sound risk and issue management throughout the project lifecycle. Program elements may include areas such as organization structure, processes, operational support, and technology. The role will be instrumental in driving and tracking program activities, negotiating changes in plans, and ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders and senior management. Success of program outcomes will be measured by the implementation and fulfillment of a strategy and the realization of the program's defined benefits and results. Management Consulting background preferred Minimum 5-10 years of experience in managing PMO functions and/or end-to-end complex change programs independently with multi-department/Line of Business impact Minimum 5-10 years banking/financial services with specific experience managing large-scale, complex programs within the investment banking/wealth management/brokerage and securities space preferred Support delivery of program and project plan objectives, coordinating activities across multiple departments and divisions to achieve overarching program goals Must be extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of project methodology, various project management tools and techniques across all program and project activities Develops project plans for conformance to program strategy, program plan, and schedule Leads and facilitates high-level meetings for project plan requirements and to develop schedules and milestone measurements Accountable to program stakeholders and senior management for the schedule, budget, quality, and outcome of all program and project elements Communication liaison with key stakeholders, coordinating and holding periodic briefings/status updates Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning Understand cross-program, project, and workstream dependencies Adhere to Project Management Guidelines and delivery methodologies as well as program management requirements when applicable Understands full project lifecycle, can assess impacts, including people, process, and technology, manage scope/schedule/risks, and deliver project results, including scheduling and budgeting experience Strong executive presentation skills and ability to influence business decisions in alignment with strategic goals/objectives Expert with the MS Office Suite with a focused ability to create concise and compelling presentations (Project Plans in MS Project, Presentations in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) Must have strong business savvy with good diplomacy skills to influence and be effective with senior executives Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Education & Certifications: PMP Certification is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to: Think strategically and effectively manage relationships with business partners Problem solve and exercise solid judgment Communicate with highly technical as well as functional partners Knowledge or experience in the implementation and/or support of applications and/or infrastructure environments within a technology organization is a plus Complies fully with all Bank Operational policies and procedures and completes all required training Knowledge of the SEI Wealth Platform is a plus Qualified candidates, please apply to this posting directly.
