Confluence Business Analyst requires: Onsite Confluence SharePoint Git Understands the security posture and compliance requirements of the organization General professional Extensive knowledge of physical security principles, standards, processes and instructions, design and implementation of physical security systems particularly in large financial institution environments, and of crime, threat and incident case management systems. Financial industry Confluence Business Analyst duties: Create internal standards, processes, training materials. Providing technical writing and editing. Document requirements for a case management system, identify systems that meet those criteria, lead the onboarding, migrate legacy data into new system. Analyze, review, and research current business practices and industry principles to create internal standards, processes, training materials, and similar documentation. Duties include coordinating and collaborating with internal and external organizations and subject matter experts, analyzing information required for developing and updating physical security-related standards and processes, providing technical writing and editing services. Identify and document the requirements for a case and incident management system to meet internal needs, lead the process to identify systems that meet those criteria, lead the onboarding and implementation of the system, and transfer of legacy case and incident data into the new system. Develop clear, concise, and accurate security documentation for a variety of audiences (technical and non-technical). This may include process documents, instructions, user manuals, configuration guides, security standards, training materials. Collaborate with security engineers, managers, and other technical specialists to gather subject matter expertise. Ensure technical accuracy and adherence to security industry standards, internal standards, best practices. Maintain and update existing security documentation. Design user-friendly documentation that is easy to understand and navigate.
