Overview

Base office: London (We're hybrid: Min 3 days p/w in the office, 2 remote/office if you prefer!).

The Sheffield Connection: Regular trips to the Sheffield Office (approx. 4 days a month) are essential.

Why the Travel? This is key for providing that vital senior leadership presence and getting in person time with the SME Account Management team.

We started Goodlord to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. As Generation Rent has grown, so have the expectations for a more digital, seamless experience. We knew we could provide a solution.

Like all scale-ups, our journey has been a rollercoaster - but we're stronger than ever. With around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, a suite of exciting products, and 350+ Goodlordians across the group, we're united in our mission!

The Opportunity

Develop and execute a comprehensive account management strategy aligned with the company's Revenue and EBITDA targets.
Lead and support a team of 15 Account Managers across our Sheffield and London offices. Responsibilities include coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback via managers, hiring and developing talent, and fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-driven team culture.
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering exceptional value.
Lead the adoption of innovative digital tools and technologies to enhance account management processes.
Oversee, as a key stakeholder, the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of our CRM systems.

What we need from you

Proven track record in leading successful account management teams with demonstrable P&L impact.
Experience managing managers, with at least two direct reports, and oversight of a team of at least 10 individuals.
Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles and best practices.
Experienced in a digital environment, managing large customer bases.
