A growing healthcare organization that provides a continuum of patient recovery and therapy services. The company operates multiple care locations and is expanding its back-office team to support increasing volume and operational needs.
Job Description:
This organization is hiring three on-site Accounts Payable Processors to support a busy, high-volume AP operation. The ideal candidates are accurate, dependable, comfortable working independently, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review a high volume of vendor invoices each month (approx. 75,000–100,000).
- Ensure correct G/L coding and proper approvals before payment.
- Confirm payment status when necessary and follow up on inquiries.
- Prepare invoices for scanning and attach follow-up barcodes when original invoices are missing.
- Work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support smooth payment cycles.
Qualifications:
- Prior Accounts Payable experience required.
- Proficient with Excel and comfortable with spreadsheet tasks.
- Able to handle shifting tasks and changing priorities in a fast, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some schedule flexibility).
