Title: Executive Assistant
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: $40hr
Location: Remote

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

Maintain a calendar and schedule for 4 Sr Directors/Directors
Responsible for scheduling internal and external meetings, anticipate conflicts, and resolve last minute changes
Coordinate and schedule business travel when applicable
Expenses/reimbursement
Maintain strict confidentiality
Organize team offsites (virtual and in person) as required
Collaborate with other EBPs, EAs, HRBPs, EWX on day to day operations

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

Strong knowledge of Google Suite
5+ years of experience as an EA
Ability to manage heavy slack volume in a fast paced environment
Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and business matters.
Ability to work with different personalities with stride and a positive disposition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
Can do attitude. You’re always willing to help out and no job is too small

Nice to haves:

Experience working in a fast paced start up environment
Crypto knowledge
