We are looking to hire a User Support Technician. User Support Technicians provide first-line technical support for computer hardware, software, and network issues, diagnosing and resolving problems. The right candidate will perform the following tasks: Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced Provide excellent technical support to clients by communicating with them and resolving their concerns regarding software Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties Ensure all software is professionally installed and working according to the clients needs Participate in the redesign of applications and managed IT solutions software Maintain records of data communication transactions, problems, and remedial actions taken or installation activities taken We are located at ST. SURREY, BC V3W 7X4 Compensation: $36.60 per hour, 40 hours per week.
