Job Description As a Security Guard - Studio Unarmed Patrol in Albuquerque, NM, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will use your driving skills to cover multiple areas and respond quickly to different situations. What You'll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Monitor and report any unusual activity or potential threats within the location, especially in high-traffic or sensitive areas relating to technology, media, or telecommunications. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and management to provide guidance and support regarding site policies and procedures. Complete detailed and timely incident reports and logs as required by site protocol and Allied Universal standards. Remain alert and observant throughout the shift to help to deter prohibited items or behavior within the location.

Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
