Dynamics GP Support Analyst - UK&I - 12+ Months - Full Remote

Join a business-facing IT team where your expertise in Dynamics GP will directly impact operations across a fast-paced, multi-location network. You'll be the go-to expert resolving real-time issues, collaborating with users, and shaping how technology supports business growth.

What you'll be doing:

Provide direct support to end users via Teams and LogMeIn
Resolve Dynamics GP incidents within SLA timelines
Replicate and troubleshoot issues in test environments
Collaborate with internal analysts and external support teams
Report bugs and system errors with clarity and precision

What you'll bring:

3+ years' experience supporting Dynamics GP
Strong understanding of GP processes and business workflows
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
Fluent English speaker

Contract Details:

Start: ASAP
Contract: Freelancer
Contract length: 12 months + extension
Workload: Full-time
Location: Full remote from everywhere in the world
Working time: UK Time zone
