Sales Executive £50,000 - £70,000 OTE

A guaranteed OTE for a period (6 months plus) as you get to grips with the recruitment flow within VANRATH
Uncapped commission of up to 25% - no threshold, no standing requirement, earning commission on 100% of your fees.

The Role

The role in VANRATH involves relationship building at the senior level whilst also working with hiring managers and candidates in middle management across a wide range of clients. You will work in a supportive and collaborative setting, working alongside some of the longest-established and most successful recruitment professionals in the country, allowing you to maximise your potential and earnings as the market leader in your sector. With an already warm client base and brand recognition built over 25+ years, you'll have every tool you need to succeed.

Your Responsibilities

Building strong relationships with clients and candidates through calls and face-to-face meetings
Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Advertising roles, interviewing, and screening candidates
Managing the end-to-end hiring process with multiple warm clients and developing new business

Proven success in a target-driven sales role (e.g. B2B, financial services, tech sales)
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with senior professionals
Ambitious, self-motivated, and performance-driven
Looking for a long-term, high-earning career move
