Cloud Consulting have an urgent requirement for 3 x SC Cleared Jira SME's to work on a high-profile project for a leading government department.

The role requires SC Clearance, is Full time on-site Nr Swindon and is inside IR35.

Jira SME/Administrators - Jira, ITSM, JSM, Atlassian, SC Cleared

Xpertise are urgently looking for several Jira SME/Administrators (Jira, ITSM, JSM, Atlassian, SC Cleared (Jira, ITSM, JSM, Atlassian, SC Cleared) for an ASAP start.

Required experience:

Proven experience in configuration, optimisation and administration of Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Software and Confluence
Proven experience of Agile
Proven experience of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management and Request Management
Proven experience of JSM Automations, Workflows and Assets (Insights)
Proven experience of Jira Query Language (JQL)
Proven experience of Atlassian Access and/or Crowd
Proven API experience
Proven experience of Confluence
Experience with ITIL 4, Agile, or DevOps frameworks.
Good knowledge of Scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs).
